- Eghlima Art Group is an online store and does not have any physical branches, representatives, retail centers, or showrooms.
- All products available on this website are created and produced by Eghlima Art Group.
- Eghlima Art Group is not responsible for products sold through other channels.
- Online orders are only processed through eghlima.art
- Any other phone numbers, addresses, or websites are not affiliated with Eghlima Art Group, and we hold no liability for their products or services.
Product Installation & Liability
Due to the nature of our handcrafted materials and assembly process:
- Eghlima Art Group is not responsible for incorrect installation of wall décor or signs.
- We do not guarantee against damage such as breakage, chipping, separation, or scratches caused by user handling or cleaning.
- Once a product leaves the production facility, we cannot provide guarantees against damage during transport.
Product Information & Pricing
- Purchasing from the website means you have reviewed the product images, specifications, and descriptions provided.
- All products are made from high-quality materials, though availability of materials may vary based on market supply.
- Prices are listed in Iranian Tomans.
- Prices and stock are updated in real time.
- Variations in pricing across different online and offline stores do not create any obligation for Eghlima Art Group.
- Prices may change over time, and past orders will not be affected by any price adjustments.
- We cannot guarantee product availability for future purchases—customers are advised to order from available stock.
- Production time for orders (if not pre-made) is one business day.
Shipping & Delivery
- Please enter your shipping address carefully, and ensure you provide a valid phone number. Missing or incorrect contact details may result in delays or cancellation of delivery.
- During delivery, couriers may call to confirm the address. Failure to answer may lead to return shipping, and customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- For non-Tehran addresses, please provide: Recipient’s full name, province, city, complete postal address, 10-digit postal code, and phone number. Incomplete details may cause delivery delays.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address or recipient absence, the customer must cover reshipping costs.
- Cash on delivery is NOT available—all payments must be completed online before shipment.
- Paid orders include shipping fees, so there should never be additional charges requested by couriers. Unauthorized payment requests should be reported.
Returns & Order Modifications
No returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
- Most products enter production after payment, meaning changes are not possible.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Eghlima Art Group only takes responsibility for orders processed through eghlima.art

- Customers cover all shipping costs.
- Tehran deliveries are shipped via courier services or local delivery services.
- Other cities are shipped via Tipax.
- Delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 business days, depending on destination and external factors such as weather, traffic restrictions, or unexpected delays.
- Post and courier companies do not insure mirror products, and Eghlima Art Group cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival.
- Orders with multiple products are charged as one shipment—ordering multiple items at once reduces shipping costs.
- If the recipient is absent or the address is incorrect, and the sender cannot be contacted, the package will be returned, and reshipping costs will apply.
- Tehran deliveries via online courier services cost 80,000 Tomans, with Eghlima covering the remainder.
- Tehran orders require at least 2 business days after phone confirmation for delivery.
- Traffic restrictions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events may delay deliveries.
- Due to past issues such as order cancellations, address changes, disputes with couriers, and non-payment, cash-on-delivery service has been removed.
- All products ship directly from Eghlima’s warehouse, and self-pickup is not available.
- If Eghlima Art Group is unable to ship an order, we will issue a refund after coordinating with the customer.
